Dr. Daniel M. Salim, DC attended
Texas Tech University and West Texas A&M University for his undergraduate
education. He is a 2005 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in
Davenport, Iowa with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctoral Degree in
Chiropractic. He earned a post-doctoral certification as an Applied
Kinesiologist in 2003 and he has studied the treatment of degenerative diseases
for over 10 years. Dr. Salim also has a background in biochemical and
nutritional testing and treating diseases and disorders using alternative
methods. He uses alternative methods for helping patients resolve
digestive problems, hormone and neuro-chemical imbalances, nutritional
deficiencies, immune system disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, and depression.
His adjusting techniques are quite diverse and include Diversified, Gonstead,
Sacro-Occipital, Thompson, Activator and myofascial release. Dr. Salim’s one on
one approach to healthcare insures patients receive personalized care tailored
to their specific health needs and concerns. Prior to moving to Houston and
Joining Sunrise Chiropractic Group he was associated with a multi-Disciplinary
group of physicians in San Antonio, Texas. He was the primary physician in
charge of establishing a wellness-based program for patients who were suffering
from chronic pain conditions. He has worked with other specialist and pain
management doctors in the conservative treatment of a wide spectrum of spinal
degenerative conditions and injuries including herniated or bulging discs.
